Below is a rough time guideline using either our Flat Rate Expedited service or Xpresspost options in Canada. We aim to ship same business day for orders placed before 12PM MST, though this is not guaranteed and orders may go out next business day depending on order volume. ORDERS PLACED DURING SITE-WIDE SALES DO NOT QUALIFY for same day shipping and may take up to 5 business days to be shipped. Canada Post does not pick up orders on weekends or holidays.

*These are rough guidelines and some locations may receive their orders faster than quoted below. Xpresspost shipping is a feasible option when you're in a hurry, and if you really need it now select the Priority shipping option for the fastest service possible. Please note that we will do everything in our power to get your order out in the time quoted, but we are not in control of possible delays with Canada Post though they are rare. The time in transit below is in addition to our processing time. How Long Do I Have To Wait?

We aim to ship same business day for all orders received by 12:00 PM MST. Any orders received after 12:00 PM MST we aim to ship by next business day. Our shipping tools will give you an estimated delivery date once you have added the item to your cart, but most orders arrive within 2-10 business days depending on location and service level chosen.

Pre-Order Items

Items that are available for pre-order are not currently in stock, but are expected and will be shipped out upon their arrival. Shipping estimates are not accurate with pre-order items. Until you have received a shipping notification with a tracking number, your item has not yet shipped. Please note that if you are purchasing other items that are in stock that you want to be shipped same day as usual, please place two separate orders with your preferred shipping method for both the pre-ordered items and the in stock items. If you check out with both in stock and pre-order items, you will be contacted with an option to either hold your in stock items to send when the shipment is complete, or we can send your first order then contact you for the second shipping charge. Order Changes

We cannot make adjustments to an order once it is placed. Our system is automated so it is very difficult to catch an order before it ships. You can complete a return or exchange once the order arrives if you made a mistake or chose the wrong size.

Site Wide Sales Inventory

Items ordered during a site-wide sale or promotion do not qualify for same day shipping due to increased volume of orders and processing time. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped, regardless of the estimated delivery date that the shipping calculator may show you in your shopping cart. Thanks for your understanding and patience! 

Stock Availability

Our inventory list is kept as up-to-date as possible, but sometimes discrepancies can occur. If you make an order and the stock availability has changed, we will inform you either via e-mail or phone and will fully refund you for the item, in addition to trying to get the desired item back in stock for you, if at all possible. 

 

Canadian Orders

What Will It Cost Me?

We currently offer a special flat rate shipping within Canada for $9, regardless of order size. Best of all? All orders are shipped from Calgary, AB meaning no exchange rates, duties or taxes! Flat rate shipping is for Regular Parcel service with Canada Post and is both traceable and insured. You have the option to choose a faster service with Canada Post. Please use our shipping tools after adding your items to the cart for an estimated delivery date and cost, and then select the method you choose during the checkout process. Please note we offer free domestic shipping within Canada over $200, with the exception of during a site-wide sale.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package cannot be delivered due to an address error or is refused at the door, we will issue you a refund once we receive the item back minus the original shipping cost AND the return shipping cost accrued to get the item back. (This cost will vary depending on your location, and is not flat rate.) You may check out again but the shipping charges are not returnable so please double-check your address before checking out!

Pick Up In Store

Choosing "pick up in store" as your shipping option enables you to come grab your order at the shop. You will receive an email notifying you when the order is ready to be picked up. **It can take up to 48 hours on a regular day and up to five business days during a site-wide sale.** If you come to the shop before you are emailed your order will not be ready and you will not be able to take it home with you. Please bring a copy of the order confirmation as well as photo ID. If someone is picking the order up for you please email or call to let us know.  The ladies in the store cannot process your order for pick up, in store and online run on two separate systems. Please wait for the email notification titled "SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION" letting you know your order is ready for pickup, or contact us to verify if it is ready by calling 403-670-9110, X 1 for the web store. 

USA Orders

What Will It Cost Me?

We currently offer a special flat rate shipping to the USA for $15, regardless of order size. Flat rate shipping is EITHER for Expedited Parcel™ - USA service with Canada Post, or Standard Ground Service with UPS, depending on the available rates. Both are traceable and insured, also most often requiring a signature. Delivery times average 5 business days, but that varies by location. You have the option to choose a faster service with Canada Post as well. Please use our shipping tools for an estimated delivery date and cost, and then select the method you choose during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any brokerage or customs charges when shipping to the US and internationally. Please be sure to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy HERE before ordering.

Please note that we will not undervalue packages for customs, and any brokerage or duty fees incurred at the border are both your responsibility. They are also un-refundable by us in the event of a return. All USA orders that total $200 USD or under will be delivered without an entry at the border! This means no possible duty or brokerage charges! In addition to that, we charge in Canadian funds, meaning the exchange rate is in your favour.. big-time right now. Happy Shopping!

International Orders

What Will It Cost Me?

International packages are sent using Canada Post’s Small Packets Air option, which is untraceable. Please allow for 21 days to receive your package. Any item sent with a non-traceable service cannot be guaranteed by us and we are not responsible for lost packages. 

Please note that we will not undervalue packages for customs, and any brokerage or duty fees incurred at the border are both your responsibility. They are also un-refundable by us in the event of a return. Please be sure to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy HERE before ordering. If your package does end up being lost, please contact us and we will do the best we can to track it down.
